The most important activities of the agricultural society of our region, namely agriculture, animal husbandry and crafts, are each represented by one object in the exhibition.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gml.si\/zbirka-kultura-hetiskega-ljudskega-tekstila\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7569 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/02_stalne_zbirke_hetisko_01-120x120.jpg\" alt=\"Kultura heti\u0161kega ljudskega tekstila \u2022 N\u00e9prajzi ki\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s: A het\u00e9si n\u00e9pi textilkult\u00fara \u2022 Kultura heti\u0161kega ljudskega tekstila\" width=\"120\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/en\/permanent-exhibition-the-folk-textile-culture-of-hetes\/\">The Folk Textile Culture of Het\u00e9s<\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Ethnologic exhibition<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The permanent exhibition in the Lendava Castle is divided into seven thematic sets. The first set presents items and photographs of growing and processing hemp and flax and the second part presents the role of textile goods in the economy of Het\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gml.si\/zbirke-lapidarij-in-sakralna-dediscina-lendave\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-9319 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/lapidarij_01-120x120.jpg\" alt=\"lapidarij_01\" width=\"120\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/en\/collections-lapidary-sacred-heritage-of-lendava\/\">Lapidary &amp; Sacred Heritage of Lendava<\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Exhibition of stone remains<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A smaller lapidary is arranged in the hall of the Lendava Castle, which exhibits the stone remains of the onetime curtain wall of the castle and three baroque statues from the outskirts of Lendava.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gml.si\/zbirka-spominska-soba-gyorgya-zale\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7565 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/02_stalne_zbirke_zala_gyorgy_01-120x120.jpg\" alt=\"Spominska soba Gy\u00f6rgya Zale \u2022 Zala Gy\u00f6rgy-eml\u00e9kszoba \u2022 Zala Gy\u00f6rgy memorial room\" width=\"120\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/en\/collection-zala-gyorgy-memorial-room\/\">Zala Gy\u00f6rgy Memorial Room<\/a><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Gy\u00f6rgy Zala<\/strong> (1858 \u2013 1937) \u2013 sculptor, born in Dolnja Lendava<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>One of the most renowned residents of our town, the sculptor Gy\u00f6rgy Zala (1858-1937), was born in a middleclass family in Dolnja Lendava. His most famous work is definitely the Millennial Column on Heroes\u2019 Square in Budapest.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gml.si\/zbirka-spominska-soba-stefana-galica\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7683 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/galic_stefan_03-120x120.jpg\" alt=\"Lesorez \u0160tefana Gali\u010da - G\u00e1lics Istv\u00e1n fametszete - Woodcut by Stefan Gali\u010d\" width=\"120\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gml.si\/en\/collection-stefan-galic-memorial-room\/\">\u0160tefan Gali\u010d Memorial Room<\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><strong>\u0160tefan Gali\u010d<\/strong> (1944-1997) \u2013 painter &amp; graphic artist<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u0160tefan Gali\u010d, born in Lendava, was in the wider Slovenian cultural area known primarily as a printmaker, and was one of the most recognized slovenian woodcut graphic artist in final third of the previous century. The International Fine Arts Colony Lendava is organized since 1973, where every year many unique works are made. Since 2005, the GML aquired its own mobile foundry, that has a major role inside the International Fine Arts Colony Lendava.
