INVITATION<\/p>\n

The Lendava Gallery – Museum and the Municipality of Lendava cordially invite you and your friends to the opening of an exhibition by Austrian artist Ernst Fuchs<\/strong>,
\non Friday, 17 May 2024 at 7 pm at the Lendava Castle.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will be opened by:
\nDubravko Baumgartner<\/strong>, Director of the Lendava Gallery-Museum,
\nDr Janez Bala\u017eic<\/strong>, art historian,
\nJanez Magyar<\/strong>, Mayor of the Municipality of Lendava.<\/p>\n

The opening of the exhibition will be followed by a concert by the Chameleon Jazz Band<\/strong> from Budapest.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will be on display until 31 October 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ernst Fuchs<\/strong><\/span> (1930 \u2013 2015)
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ernst Fuchs (13 February 1930 \u2013 9 November 2015) was an Austrian painter, draftsman, printmaker, sculptor, architect, stage designer, composer, poet, and one of the founders of the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism. In 1972, he acquired the derelict Otto Wagner Villa in H\u00fctteldorf, which he restored and transformed. The villa was inaugurated as the Ernst Fuchs Museum in 1988.<\/p>\n

Chameleon Jazz Band <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The special musical programme, specially composed for this evening, is based on the hits from the anniversary tour of six countries. The repertoire also includes the best-known compositions by Ernst Fuchs’ musical friends.<\/em><\/p>\n
