FINE ART EXHIBITION IN BÁNFFY CENTRE IN LENDAVA: György Csuta

Invitation

We invite you  to the opening of the art exhibition of the painter György Csuta, which will take place on Tuesday, 8 November 2022, at 6 pm at the Bánffy Centre in Lendava.

The exhibition will be opened by:
Mihael Šooš, Director of the Institute for the Culture of the Hungarian Nationality and
Dubravko Baumgartner, Director of the Lendava Gallery-Museum.

The exhibition will be on display until the end of December 2022.


ABOUT THE ARTIST

György Csuta is a painter and graphic artist. Besides his creative work, he is also involved in the organization of art life in Békés County in Hungary, organizing art camps. He is a regular participant in Hungarian group exhibitions. In 1986 he was awarded the Minister of Culture Medal. In 1992 he had a solo exhibition at the Rudnay Terem in Eger. His works can be found in private and public collections, in public institutions (Békés Museum, Men – Dan Aparthotel, Zalakaros, Roman Catholic Church Békés, Bulgaria, China, Germany, Italy, Austria, USA, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg). He is the only member of the Hungarian Artists Foundation, which was founded in 1998 in Budapest. Since 2005, he has been a member of the board of the National Association of Hungarian Artists.
