NEW: Bronse relief of György Zala ‘Defense of Eger in 1552’ in the Lendava Castle

New acquisition of the Gallery-Museum Lendava is “The Defense of Eger in 1552,” a replica of the original bronze relief by sculptor György Zala.

The replica of the original relief was casted with the permission and cooperation of the public institution Dobó Istvan Vármúzeum from Eger in Hungary in the foundry of Szabó Öntészeti Kft in Budapest. Dimensions of relief: 113 x 238 cm (H x W). Weight: 300 kg.

The relief is on view in the Memorial room of György Zala.
